HR Flag UPDATE / 2012/ Dec in Canada, Vancouver

The HR Flag travels to Canada in December.

Sat.Dec. 8 12-4pm 2012 Human Rights Flag is exhibited at the Vancouver Public Library. 1st of 3 public appearances in the Vancouver area.
A Global Village Art Project created by Victor Vidal from Denmark with 29 artist, 20 country project.
