Anyone spilling and spreading their own negative mindset and emotions
unable to change and feel whole and happy and trying to drag down and interfere with others' happiness normally need a therapist.
Due to COVID-19, a mental health pandemic occurred,
the online world became the battlefield of posts spreading a negative mindset
about men and women,
fake and unachievable couple goals,
by hurt lovers
and left behind exes, friends
spying with fake profiles or accounts by bots.
Instagram, Facebook
become simply the dustbin of spilling anger management, with no real faces behind.

A post Appears on my timeline with a negative mindset
no problem one just quickly scroll away...
It's Getting evergreen for a year.
A daily exercise so far to unfollow and scroll to find
positive ones, there are a lot, still, fortunately.
But negative ones make users switch off comps,
live life, and most of all leave social media and date in private, live private,
live free
off-line life
as 20 - 30 years ago.
Respect Privacy of others
on-line and off-line.
Self-control, dignity, self-respect is out of fashion,
pointing fingers, stalking, and negative
text messages in posts are doubled
and spread like a virus.
Humanity is infected by the virus in mindset
and mentally having disturbing emotions
as if humanity can't control emotions
or show respect to the different.
Being different is PRIDE and LOVE
LGBTQ accept differences as well as straight couples.
We are one humanity = PRIDE and LOVE.
The human soul is LOVE.
Those who
can't hide jealousy
because others are more successful or work harder
work hard, build your empire.
Humanity only behaves in real life, eye to eye.
To Behave
online as
in real life,
in real-time
is integrity.
Thinking something about others but behaving with them differently,
doing things with others, and thinking about them differently or just the way around...
simply called LIES
and double-dealing
used to be a shameful
activity.
Words, texts are weapons of mass destruction or healing powers.
A % of the Humanity presenting online about themselves
lies and pictures are not real
FAKE personas, fake pictures.
Integrity is a moral issue
Unfortunately Mental health pandemic changed the mindset of people and many people need a therapist more than before to recover, even alcohol and drug usage
increased.
Many people should leave social media and go to rehab in case of mental problems in my humble opinion
instead of posting lies and disturbing others, they do not know at all
personally, not even friends.
