In 1999, I painted a woman who had serious mental health issues, among mainly healthy people.





Generally, the human series depicts living models, human bodies resting in their inner self, calmly contemplating. The inspiration for it and my painting style is by sculptures of antique Greek times and prehistoric ages, cave paintings, when humans were depicted in a peaceful, idealistic beauty, dignity. Also, eastern wisdom and philosophy says „the precious human body is not so easy to gain, therefore we all human being are responsible to keep body healthy and take care of it and cherish it as a jewel or keep it as a temple or chancel or as the ancient Greek proverb says: „In a healthy body, there is a healthy mind.”

The story behind is a true story:

of a woman, a wife of a friend in Africa, Luanda, who had a pregnancy that caused serious mental health issues during pregnancy due to abnormal hormonal change, leading to schizophrenia after giving birth. The husband divorced the wife and stayed alone with the newborn child.

The painting is a piece that helped me to get over this tragic story as soon as I finished painting it.

This artwork had never ever been displayed before. This is the First time I have shared on my blog.  Uncensored, unpublished piece, adult content.

Recently, in COVID-19 times, unfortunately, not just mental health issues, but the new Omicron Flurona variant endangers pregnant women. 

I find these symptoms tragic and hope they are treated by doctors in hospitals correctly as mental health issues,  as the victims of the mental health pandemic after the COVID-19 first wave.

The issues of human and human rights are very important in COVID-19 times.

A narcissist is a person who shows a disproportionate interest in themselves. They have a strong desire to be admired by others, strive for attention, and have difficulty enduring criticism or setbacks. 

Narcissists tend to be grandiose, suspicious, and cynical. They are commonly conceited, scheming, and controlling of others.

A narcissist needs to surround themselves with individuals who fascinate them and who keep them entertained at all times. A narcissist needs to have complete control over others and will use manipulative tendencies to get what they want. They require those in their lives to shower them with attention, reverence, and admiration. 

The grey rock method is a technique that removes the fascination and entertainment from a narcissist’s life.

In order to implement the grey rock method, a person needs to minimize conversations and verbal exchanges as much as they can. While interactions should always be avoided when possible, it is important to refrain from ignoring a narcissist. Instead, an individual should reply with minimal and short responses to limit further conversation. 

Conversations should center on monotonous or boring topics and a person should attempt to provide one word answers without elaboration or opinion.

If a narcissist attempts to bait, a person can utilize nonverbal responses such as nodding and smiling to avoid further engagement...


If your social media account is spied or hacked  not much to do, but you still can ban IG or other accounts in case, to show you are harassed or disturbed...

by their hackers, bots, as VIP target, daily deal with echo chambers to your music, posts, they hack, filter, spy...LOL
